The Empowering & Confidence Boosting workout with a wiggle!

We welcome people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to our Burn-a-lesque classes or as Instructors. It doesn't matter if you have never done anything like this before, are new to fitness classes or a seasoned pro, you are more than welcome to attend.

What is Burn-a-lesque?

Class begins with a warm up routine followed by half an hour of dance aerobic cardio, incorporating token Showgirl moves. The second half of the class is a toning workout for the whole body. We finish with a cool down routine which will fully stretch all the muscles you have worked during class, to ensure you recover nice and quickly. For the toning section of the class we use small handheld weights and a mat. If you don't have those, don't panic, some of the Instructors may have spares you can borrow and if not, you can still do the routines without them.;
